From Chief Stephen Foster: Bruce was a great friend and an outstanding Ammo Troop.  I was blessed to talk with him on the phone about a week before his death and he was still in excellent spirits and waging a valiant effort fighting cancer.  We will miss him tremendously, but we are comforted in knowing that he has gone to be with the Lord.
